Off the loom and ready for fringing then maybe some pigment paint to give it some color. This will be a tough decision on what style of fringe to use. Organic Bast Fiber Scarf. Imported Organic Hungarian Linen & Imported Organic Wild Himalayan Nettle Fiber.


This being the second scarf with this draft, I wanted to pop-out the texture more. 2 Shuttles, 2 Yarns, 4 Shafts, 5 Treadles and 2 Left Feet. Dyed Buckthorn Berry Yarn, Natural Cotton, Dried Buckthorn Berries.

First One is an Organic Bast Fiber Scarf. Imported Organic Hungarian Linen & Imported Organic Wild Himalayan Nettle Fiber. Using a Drop Spindle the Nettle Fiber was spun into yarn to weave with. Linen Warp & Nettle Weft.
Second is a closeup up Scarves being woven with the Dyed Buckthorn Berry Yarn. Natural Cotton, Dried Buckthorn Berries.


Bolt of eco-dyed cloth printed with flower pedals cut into future scarves. Hand stitching needed to finish them up.

A bolt of loom woven cotton and some fresh flowers from our local florist.
I will be eco-dyeing the newly woven cloth, then cutting and hand finishing it into scarves.
